Advanced Course 2/3 July 2014
The various specialist activities covered include track sessions with onboard data acquisition systems and telemetry analysis, track driving with a pace car, vehicle control under limit conditions and a final skill-based competition with driver rankings and the possibility to get to know better the Challenge car.
Between 16 and 20 participants are admitted to each course, and divided into four groups of 4 or 5 participants each, with a staff of 11 drivers-instructors.
Instructors and cars
The Pilota Ferrari Advanced Course is delivered by a select group of professional drivers who have all competed internationally and who have taught for several years on Pilota Ferrari courses. A fleet of 6 458 Italia, 4 F12berlinetta and 3 458 Speciale will be made available to participants in 2014.
The course fee includes two days at the track, two evening meals, lunches at the track, two nights’ accommodation at the Grand Hotel de La Ville ***** in Parma, transfers between hotel and track and personalized Corso Pilota Ferrari gifts. Please note that once the payment process has been concluded the booking cannot be canceled.
We have also designed a special program for guests accompanying pilota Ferrari course participants that includes: cooking lesson, city of tour and SPA treatments.
What to wear
We recommend casual sports wear for track activities (it is particularly important to choose footwear that is suitable for driving.) There is no specific dress code for dinner on either of the nights.
Driving your car
For safety reasons, we strongly suggest that all clients wishing to take their Ferrari cars out on the track at the end of the course have their vehicles checked beforehand by their regular dealer.
