Fifty years after its first entry at Le Mans, Ferrari celebrates its return to the FIA World Endurance Championship’s top class with a special edition dedicated to the legendary race’s 100th anniversary, as well as to its newest state-of-the-art Hypercar 499P, which will take on the road challenge this year. All replica models of the official Scuderia Ferrari Team uniforms are inspired by the lines, livery and colours of the car – which boasts a hybrid engine and four-wheel drive – and include a sports sweatshirt in high-performance fabric with fleece lining, distinguished by contrast Giallo Modena Chevron graphics, Ferrari Shield, AF Corse logo and sponsors' logos on the sleeves.
This new selected range marks the beginning of a first-class partnership with 8SIX400, a clothing brand specialised in motorsports that shares Ferrari’s commitment to protect and respect the environment through the exclusive use of low-impact materials. More specifically, this unisex garment is made of cotton and polyester blend fabric derived from recycled plastics. Each item was produced using 12 bottles recovered from the cleaning of marine ecosystems.
