2006 248 F1 original valve set
From the 52nd single-seater built by Scuderia Ferrari that competed in the 2006 season, this original set of four valves is enjoying a new lease of life as a unique collectable for racing fans.
Featuring an 8-cylinder V engine with a total capacity of 2400 cm³, the name of the 248 F1 is a reference to its drive mechanism. Schumacher's time at Maranello came to an end in that car, with his retirement announced at the end of the season after his victory at Monza.
The two original exhaust and two intake valves from the 248 F1 car are presented on an elegant carbon fibre base with a red insert and enamelled Shield, entirely handmade in Italy by expert craftsmen, and are mounted on a polished transparent Plexiglas disc from which they can be easily picked up and admired close up.
Accompanied by a certificate of authenticity signed by the Scuderia Ferrari Team Principal, this set is part of a series of mechanical parts from Ferrari Formula 1 engines that have achieved exceptional results and are now collectible pieces of art.
Each 248 F1 valve set is a unique piece and a limited edition. The images may not correspond exactly with the item purchased.
