  This authentic crankshaft originally belonged to the Ferrari 150° Italia, the 57^th single-seater built by Ferrari for the 2011 World Championship, whose name celebrated the 150^th anniversary of the Unification of Italy. The piece has now become a collector’s item, displayed on a carbon fibre base from which it can be easily removed, and is accompanied by a certificate of origin signed by the Scuderia Ferrari Team Principal. The 2011 championship marked the debut of a significant innovation: the introduction of DRS (drag reduction system), which distinctly favoured overtaking manoeuvres. In a season dominated by Red Bull, Sebastian Vettel won the title back.
