Returning items purchased in store
If you are not completely satisfied with your in-store purchase, you can return it by bringing it to the Ferrari store of your choice or by following these easy steps:
- make sure that the items are in the same condition in which you received them, including all tags
- fill out the dedicated Return form, enter your information and select your preferred store
- select the time of day in which you wish to be contacted and the reason for the return
- you will be contacted by our staff for more details.
Book an appointment
You can request an appointment at one of the official Ferrari Stores. Our staff will be happy to welcome you and assist you with your purchases, immersed in the atmosphere of the Maranello legend.
Book an appointment by entering your details and selecting your preferred store, date and time of visit. You will be contacted by our staff to confirm the appointment.
The service is free and available in selected stores.
