Our purpose is to guarantee your full satisfaction. If, for any reason whatsoever, you are not satisfied with your order, you may exercise your right to return purchased products within thirty (30) days of the date on which you received them from Scuderia Ferrari Online Store. Returned items must be shipped back to the Vendor within thirty (30) days of the date the package was delivered to you. The products may be returned by dispatching the package through a shipping agent of your choice. For more information about couriers and expenses read the below Return Shipping section.
It is necessary to complete the Return Form available on the web site in the Customer Care area, in order for us to provide you with a Return Number. It is not possible to return an item in exchange for another.
Terms and Conditions of Return
The right to return products shall be deemed correctly exercised once the following conditions have been fully met:
a) the online Return Form must be correctly completed and submitted to the Vendor within thirty (30) days of the date of your receipt thereof;
b) he products have not been used, worn, washed, modified or damaged and, in any case, compliant with the requirements detailed in the section on Compliance Checks below;
c) the identification tag is still attached to the products with the disposable seal;
d) the products are returned in their original packaging;
e) the products must be returned within thirty (30) days from the date the package was delivered to you.
If you have fulfilled all requirements set forth above, the Vendor shall refund the entire price for the returned purchased products. Any duties, taxes and fees you have paid for the delivery of the purchased products shall not be refunded. You will be notified if the returned products cannot be accepted because they are not compliant with the conditions indicated at letters a) and e) above, you may choose to have the products delivered to you at no expense to the Vendor. If you refuse the above delivery, the Vendor reserves the right to retain the products and the amount paid for your purchase of the products.
Our products must be returned in a new and unused state, in perfect condition, with all protective materials in place and tags and stickers attached to them (if applicable), including all accessories and documents. We reserve our right not to accept any return if the product shows signs of wear, or has been used or altered from its original condition in any way or, as an alternative, may reduce the amount of any applicable refund or exchange accordingly.
For example, we may make a reduction in the following circumstances:
- the product(s) have been used, worn, damaged or washed and, in any case, compliant with the requirements detailed in the section on Compliance Checks below;
- the identification tag with the disposable seal is not attached to the product(s), or has not been returned. Please note that identification tag constitutes an integral part of each product; and/or
- you have not returned any packaging which is an integral part of a product (such as a dust bag).
You will be informed if we propose to reduce your refund for this reason. In this instance, you may (as an alternative to us providing you with a reduced refund) choose to have the products sent back to you at your own expense. Should you refuse this delivery, YOOX NET-A-PORTER GROUP reserves the right to retain the products and the amount indicated for the decrease in refund, due to the decrease in value of the returned products.
Please note that shipping costs, duties, taxes and fees you have paid for the delivery of the purchased products shall not be refunded. For more information read the below Return Shipping section or visit Customer Care area.
You can ship your returns to the Vendor with a shipping service of your choice and the return shipping will be at your own expense. You may choose the modality of return consulting the below “Couriers and expenses” section. Please verify that you have accurately completed and included with your package all the necessary documentation for Customs clearance. Please make sure to print and fill out 5 copies of the Returns Proforma Invoice that came with your parcel. Without all the copies the package will be rejected at Customs and will be returned to you.
Customs authorities require that all such documentation be written in English so that when necessary it can be used both for export and for import in Hong Kong, SAR China. We recommend that you consult with local authorities and/or your selected shipping service to ensure that the documentation is sufficient. The Vendor cannot be held responsible for parcels that are detained at Customs because of lacking or insufficient documentation.
The Vendor therefore highly recommends that you choose a shipping service that permits you to trace it at any time. Be sure that the type of shipping you choose guarantees the delivery of the parcel within the time frame of 30 days from the date on which you received your order.
Couriers and expenses for the Return Shipping:
- for Australia, India, Malaysia, New Zealand, Philippines, Singapore, Thailand, South Korea the return shipping is free if you use UPS driver. Likewise, return is free if you use UPS driver in Taiwan and Macau SAR, China. The Vendor will automatically deduct a Return Fee of $15,00 from the refund.
- for Vietnam, Indonesia, Brunei you may ship the return with a shipping service of your choice and the shipping expenses will be at your charge
- for Hong Kong SAR, China the return shipping is free if you use SF Express
Conditions for exchanging products
In some cases, as specified below, you may exchange the products purchased for others of the same model in different sizes and/or colors, provided they are of equal value. It will only be possible to exchange products if the products in the size and/or color selected are available at the Seller’s warehouses. Requests for an exchange will be processed within the following limits:
• exchanges may only be made for purchased products for which this possibility has been expressly provided in the Return Form;
• you may request to exchange one or more purchased products for products of the same model only, in a different size and/or color. In each case, the available options for the exchange will be indicated in the Return Form;
• you may request to exchange one or more products purchased within no later than thirty (30) days from the date of their delivery or, if at the time of purchase you selected the option “Pick-up at Store,” from the date the order is picked up from the Scuderia Ferrari store you have selected, by filling out the Return Form, to be sent electronically to the Seller within the aforementioned term. The products to be exchanged must be delivered to the carrier within thirty (30) days from when you informed the Seller of your decision to exchange the products;
• you may make a single request for an exchange for each product purchased;
• the products you request to exchange must be returned to the Seller in their original packaging, unused, unworn, unwashed and undamaged, and the identifying tag must still be attached with the single-use seal;
• products to be exchanged that form part of a single order must be sent to the Seller in a single shipment.
In fact, the Seller reserves the right not to accept products to be exchanged that are from a single order but are shipped at different times. If there is proper compliance with the aforementioned terms, once the Return Form containing your request for exchange has been filled out and sent, the Seller will fulfill the request for a replacement, sending you a confirmation email to that end. After the Seller has received the products you intend to exchange and checked that all of the aforementioned requirements have been met, the Seller will verify that the size and/or color you have selected is indeed available at its product warehouses. If the product(s) selected to be exchanged are not available at its stores, the Seller may not accept your request for an exchange, and will therefore reimburse you for the price of the product(s) originally purchased that cannot be replaced, in conformity with the terms of the Consumer Code, and according to the procedures described above. If the product(s) selected to be exchanged are available, the Seller may accept your request for an exchange and will therefore send you an email confirming the shipment of the replacement products. In this case, the shipment will be sent within (30) business days of the date when the Seller is notified of your request for an exchange. The Seller will pay the costs of shipping the replacement products. Whenever the price of the product purchased is lower or higher than the price of the product selected for exchange, you will not be paid any reimbursement and/or additional amount due to the difference. It is nevertheless agreed that, as an alternative to the request to replace a product, you may exercise your withdrawal right in conformity with the Consumer Code. You will be contacted in the event that your request for exchange cannot be accepted because it does not conform to the aforementioned conditions. In this case, you may choose to take back the products you intended to exchange at your expense. Should you refuse this delivery, the Seller reserves the right to withhold the products and may also withhold the amount corresponding to the purchase price of the products themselves, or the amount indicated for reducing the refund, due to the decrease in value of the returned products, according to the terms indicated above. The replacement product(s) may be subsequently returned pursuant to Art. 52 of the Consumer Code.
Refund Times and Procedures
After the Vendor has received the returned products and checked that the products meet all requirements, you will receive an email that the returned products have been accepted. Whatever the form of payment you used (Credit/Debit Card, PayPal where available), the refund procedure will start within 30 days of when the Vendor was informed of your decision to exercise your right to return the purchased products and once the Vendor has checked that the return was carried out in compliance with the above conditions.
The time period for refunding the amount you paid for purchasing the returned products depends on the payment type used:
- purchase by Credit/Debit Card: refund time will depend on the credit card company’s policies. We would like to assure you, however, that the value date for the credit will coincide with the date of the original payment; therefore you will not suffer any interest loss;
- payment by PayPal: refunds will be credited to your PayPal account and will be visible immediately. The actual reimbursement to the credit/debit card associated with your PayPal account depends on the company that issued the card.
All products sold by the Vendor include an identification tag with a disposable seal. Please try on the products without removing the tag and seal. Returned products without the tag or seal will not be accepted.
