How does delivery work and what should I do if the package has been delivered to a UPS Access Point?

Deliveries are made by UPS during working hours from Monday to Friday, with the exception of . After the first failed delivery attempt, the courier will take your package to the nearest UPS Access Point, if there is one in your area. You will receive a UPS InfoNotice and an email with all the instructions and information required for pick up. If, however, there is no Access Point in your area, the courier will attempt to deliver a further two times, after which the package will be returned to our warehouse.

To pick up your order from the UPS Access Point, you must produce valid proof of identity. If you are unable to collect the package in person, you may delegate another person, who must have with them:

  • a letter of delegation
  • his/her own valid proof of identity
  • a copy of your valid proof of identity.

If the package is not picked up within 14 days, it will be returned to our warehouse and a refund will be issued.

Alternatively, you may contact the courier directly to agree a second delivery, at no additional cost.

This delivery option is available for Belgium, Denmark, Finland, Luxembourg, the Netherlands and Sweden only.
