We ship from Italy to many countries and offer various shipping options to best suit your needs.

You can check if we ship to your country by selecting it in the "Buy to" menu at the bottom of the page.

Shipping costs vary based on the shipping method and destination. Your shipping costs will be automatically calculated at checkout.

Please note that we do not accept orders with PO Box addresses or with requests for "poste restante" (post office hold). We do not ship via freight forwarders.

Once your order has been shipped, you will receive a confirmation email containing the shipping details and a tracking number to track your order.

If you completed your order using your account, you can check the status of your order by logging into your account and visiting the "Orders" section.

If the tracking number is not working or does not exist, don't worry: it can take up to 24 hours for the information to be transferred from the courier to our systems.

During this time, your order information may be incomplete or the tracking number may be marked as "non-existent." For this reason, we encourage you to check back 24 hours after receiving the tracking email. The information will be updated directly by the courier. We require proof of delivery for every order. This means we cannot authorize delivery of packages without a signature.

Local VAT applies to all destinations in the European Union, the United Kingdom, and the United States.

In many countries, shipments are DDP (Delivery Duty Paid), meaning all applicable import and customs taxes are included in the final product price. DDP

All other countries are considered DDU (Delivery Duty Unpaid) destinations: the product price shown does not include taxes and VAT. The recipient is responsible for all import, customs, and local taxes imposed by the country to which the shipment is being made. Payment of these taxes is required to exempt the order from customs duties. We cannot predict the amount of taxes and duties you will pay, so please check them before placing an order. Shipping costs are already included in your final order total. However, the courier may provide you with a separate invoice with the applicable local taxes.
