Pick up in store

Ferrari Store offers you the possibility to pick up for free in a store the items you ordered online.

During the checkout process select "Pick up in store" and choose which store you would like to have your order delivered to. You will receive an email as soon as your order is ready to be picked up at the store.

In order to pick up your order, you will need to bring with you:

  • A valid ID
  • The shipping confirmation email (printed or on a mobile device).

If someone is collecting an order on your behalf, they must bring:

  • A copy of your valid ID
  • A valid ID of the person collecting
  • The shipping confirmation email (printed or on a mobile device)
  • .

If the item is not picked up within 15 days of delivery to the store, the order will be returned to our warehouse and we will issue a refund.

In-store returns for items purchased online

You can return items purchased at Ferrari Store to a store within 20 days, just follow the steps listed below:

  • Make sure the items are in the original condition, all tags and packaging included
  • Put the items into the original box (or another sturdy box) and bring them to one of our stores, along with the delivery note and the return label, both included in the original package.

The courier will collect your package from the store within one working day. We normally process returns within 3 business days of their arrival at our warehouse. Should your return comply with our Return Policy, you will receive a confirmation email as soon as the refund for your return has been issued.

You can only return items within the same country the parcel was delivered. Stores in different countries will not be able to accept your returns.

Returning items purchased in store

If you are not completely satisfied with your in-store purchase, you can return it by bringing it to the Ferrari store of your choice or by following these easy steps:

  1. make sure that the items are in the same condition in which you received them, including all tags
  2. fill out the dedicated Return form, enter your information and select your preferred store
  3. select the time of day in which you wish to be contacted and the reason for the return
  4. you will be contacted by our staff for more details.

You can place an order with the help of our specialized staff in Ferrari Store stores. Simply select the items you want and provide your details and shipping address: our staff will do the rest.
You will receive a confirmation email with your order details, and another email when your order is sent.

Availability in store

Ferrari Store’s "Availability in store" service allows you to verify the availability of the items you are interested in online, and reserve them for a chance to try them on in a store.

Choose the size and/or color combination on the item page and check the availability. If the item is available, select the store where you would like to reserve them and enter your personal details. You will be contacted by one of our staff to confirm your reservation.

Book an appointment

You can request an appointment at one of the official Ferrari Stores. Our staff will be happy to welcome you and assist you with your purchases, immersed in the atmosphere of the Maranello legend.

Book an appointment by entering your details and selecting your preferred store, date and time of visit. You will be contacted by our staff to confirm the appointment.

The service is free and available in selected stores.
