You can choose to receive your purchased products at an address of your choice or at a Scuderia Ferrari store located in your country of purchase, from those listed on the order form. If you have selected the delivery method to a Scuderia Ferrari store, we will notify you of your products’ arrival at the Scuderia Ferrari store by e-mail. In this case, you must collect the purchased products in person at your chosen Scuderia Ferrari store, within and no later than 15 working days from the date the aforementioned communication was sent.
5.2
In the event of failing to collect the products within the 15 working days specified above, the purchase contract will be automatically terminated. Consequently, it will no longer be possible to collect the products, which will be returned to the Seller by the staff of the selected store. As a result of the termination of the purchase contract for the products, you will subsequently be refunded the amount paid, within the timeframe provided by the Return Policy.
5.3
When you go to the Scuderia Ferrari store to collect your order, you must show the retailer a copy of your order confirmation email as well as your identification document. If someone else picks up your order, this person will need to present, in addition to the shipping confirmation email, a photocopy of your identification document together with the delegation letter and their own identification document.
5.4
Please note that it is not possible to pay at the store. There is therefore no option for cash on delivery if you choose to deliver your products to a Scuderia Ferrari store.
5.5
If you have chosen to have your products delivered to the Scuderia Ferrari store, delivery times and costs are the same as those for deliveries to a specified address.
5.6
Once your order is shipped, we will email you a shipping confirmation with a tracking number to enable you to track your package at all times. For information about product shipping and delivery procedures, please visit the Customer Care area. Please read the Customer Care section carefully, as the information provided therein is an integral part of these General Terms and Conditions of Sale and, therefore, you will be deemed to have read and accepted them when you submit your order.
Delivery dates indicated in any order form or order confirmation are estimates only and shall not be deemed a representation by the Vendor. The Vendor will not be liable for failure to ship or deliver the products as estimated, and you will not be entitled to any refunds or cancellation of orders as a result of delayed shipment.
You bear all risks of loss and damage to the products from the time the same have cleared our fulfillment house. Title to the products passes to you upon acceptance of shipment by a common carrier.
