You can return your order by requesting a return within 14 days of delivery by following these simple steps: 1. Request a Return Authorization Number (RAN) in one of these two ways: - If you are a registered user: go to the "Orders" section of your account. Find the order containing the product or products you would like to return, click "Return Product" and follow the procedure. - If you are not registered: go to the "Return Authorization" section, available here. 2. (EU countries) Complete and sign the Return Proforma Invoice sent to you with your order. Include it in the package with the packaged items ready for return. 2. (non-EU countries) Complete and sign the Return Proforma Invoice sent to you with your order. Make 4 copies so you have 5 invoices in total. Include one in the package with the packaged items ready for return. Deliver the others. 4 to the courier upon collection; they will be required for customs clearance. 3. Attach the return label sent to you with your order to the outside of the package. 4. Contact the courier within 14 days of creating the RAN to arrange a pickup, consulting the details in the section. If you change your mind and decide to keep the order, don't worry: you don't have to take any action and there's no need to contact us.

The return label and Return Proforma Invoice were sent to you with your order. If you have lost them, please contact our Customer Service.

To track the status of your return, enter the tracking number from the return label on the courier's website. We will refund you within 14 business days of receiving your return at our warehouse and notify you via email. For orders cancelled before they are shipped, the refund will be processed within 3 business days of cancellation. If your order was shipped outside the EU, we cannot refund taxes and duties. We suggest contacting your local customs office; they may be able to help you recover those costs.

If you wish to exchange the size and/or color of the item you purchased, you can do so at no additional cost within 14 days of delivery. Fill out the Return Form, selecting the "Exchange" option and selecting a new size and/or color from those available. We will reserve the new item for you and, as soon as we receive your return, ship it to the original address. We will notify you by email upon shipment. You can exchange the size and/or color of an item only once, but you can always return it to us following the instructions in our Return Policy.
