When making your purchase, select Ship to store and choose the store you wish to collect your items from. We will send you an email as soon as your order is available to collect in store. You will have 15 days to collect your purchase from the store. To collect your order, you will need a valid identity document and the Shipment Confirmation email (printed or on a mobile device). If you are unable to collect the parcel in person, the person assigned to collect it must present: - a copy of your valid identity document - their own valid identity document - the Shipment Confirmation email (printed or on mobile device) - a letter confirming they are authorised to collect on your behalf. You can bring items purchased on Ferraristore.com into the store within 14 days and our team will ship the parcel to the warehouse for you. Follow these simple instructions: ensure that the items are in the same condition as when you received them, including all labels and packaging place the items in their original box (or an equally sturdy one) and bring them into one of our stores, together with the shipping document and the pre-printed label found in the package if you paid cash on delivery, please bring your bank account details (name of holder and IBAN code). The courier will collect your return from the shop within one working day. We usually accept returns within 3 working days from the date of delivery to our warehouse. At peak times it can take up to 7 working days. If the items you are returning comply with our Returns Policy, we will authorise the refund and send you a confirmation email. In-store returns are only possible within the country in which the order was placed.
