RETURN POLICY

Our aim is to ensure your complete satisfaction. If, for any reason, you are not satisfied with your order, you may exercise your right to return the purchased products within fourteen (14) working days from the date of receipt from the www.store.ferrari.com Website. Returned items must be sent back to the Vendor within fourteen (14) working days from the date of the delivery of the package. Products may be returned by sending the package using either the courier indicated by the Vendor or another courier. Furthermore, we would also invite our users to complete the Return Authorisation Request form available on the Website Customer Service area to enable us to provide them with a Return Authorisation Number. Except for the case provided for in Article 7.1 above, one item cannot be returned and exchanged for another.

1. RETURN TERMS

The right to return products will be deemed to have been properly exercised once the following conditions have been fully met:

A. The online return authorisation request to the Vendor has been filled out correctly and submitted within fourteen (14) working days from the date the goods were received;

B. The products have not been used, worn, washed, modified or damaged;

C. The identification tag is still attached to the products with the single-use seal;

D. The products are returned in their original packaging;

E. Returned products must be sent back to the Vendor within fourteen (14) working days from the date of the delivery of the package.

If all of the above requirements have been met, the Vendor will refund the full price of the products purchased. If the user decides to use the courier indicated by the www.store.ferrari.com Website in the online return authorisation request, the user will not have to deal directly with the return shipping costs, which will be charged to the same user. In waiver of the above, the Vendor reserves the right to directly pay the return shipping costs and therefore to not charge them to the same user.

In fact, in this case, the www.store.ferrari.com Website will pay the return shipping costs, which will then be deducted from the amount of the refund to the user, unless the Vendor has expressly exempted the user from these costs at the time of purchase and on the further condition that you use the courier and shipping methods suggested by the Vendor. If the returned products cannot be accepted, the user will be notified accordingly. In this case, the user may choose to have the products delivered at no cost to the Vendor. If the user refuses the above delivery method, the Vendor reserves the right to retain the products and the amount paid for the purchase of the products.

If you decide to return the products by going directly to a Ferrari shop among those indicated on the Website, that is, without waiting for the courier to arrive at your home, you will not incur any costs and you will not need to fill out the online Return Form. Instead, you will simply need to hand over the products, in their original packaging, including the pre-printed sticker and the order summary letter to the Ferrari Store sales assistant within fourteen (14) days from receipt of the products.

The sales assistant will verify that the identification tag is still attached to each product and will also check that the products have not been affected by manifest defects and/or faults that would render them not suitable for use.

In the event that a preliminary check by the sales assistant reveals that the products have obvious defects and/or faults, the sales assistant will not be able to accept the products and will invite you to directly contact the Vendor’s Customer Service.

If, following the aforementioned check, it turns out that the products do not have any obvious defects and/or faults, the sales assistant will fill in the return form, accept the products and place them in their original packaging, affixing the pre-printed adhesive label to them so that they can be sent to the Vendor.

It should be understood that the sales assistant can only perform a preliminary check on the products and that taking delivery of the products in the shop does not constitute acceptance of the return by the Vendor.

Indeed, the Vendor will check the conformity of the products with the conditions and terms indicated above as soon as they have received the products at their warehouses and will then inform you by email if the return is accepted.

Notwithstanding the above provisions in terms of acceptance of returns, if you have paid for the order on a cash-on-delivery basis and wish to obtain a refund directly to your current account, you must bring your IBAN with you to the shop of your choice and communicate it to the sales assistant for inclusion in your personal data sheet.

2. REFUND TIMING AND PROCEDURES

Once the Vendor has received the returned products and checked that the products meet all requirements for return, you will receive an email accepting the returned products. Regardless of the form of payment used by the customer (Credit/Debit Card, Cash on Delivery), the refund procedure will begin within thirty (30) days from the moment that the Vendor has been informed of the decision to exercise the right to return the purchased products and once the Vendor has verified that the return has been made in accordance with the above conditions. The time period required to refund the amount paid for the purchase of the returned products will depend on the type of payment used:

A. Credit/debit card purchase: the period required for the refund will depend on the credit card company policies. In any case we shall guarantee users that the value date of the refund credit will coincide with the date of the original payment, without any loss of interest for the user.

B. Cash on delivery payment: the amount paid for the returned products will be refunded to the bank account indicated by the user in the Return Authorization Request form. The time required for the refund will depend on the information provided in the order. Refunds normally take place within one month. It should be noted that you must have a bank account to receive a refund for cash-on-delivery orders.

C. Payment using a Digital Payment System (e.g. PayPal, Amazon Pay, Apple Pay, Alipay, Klarna): the refund amount will be credited back to the initial payment method, for example, to the user’s PayPal account. The period required for the refund will depend on the payment service provider company policies.
